Vertex Solutions did an excellent job fixing two problems I'd been putting off: a bi-fold closet door that wouldn't operate properly and a deadbolt lock that needed adjustment. Communication was great from the start. They kept me informed about their arrival time, showed up when expected, and were friendly and professional throughout the visit. I especially appreciated that they didn't rush the work—they took the time to make sure everything was adjusted correctly instead of settling for a quick fix. Both the closet door and the deadbolt now work perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Vertex Solutions again for future work.
