Vertex Solutions did an excellent job fixing two problems I'd been putting off: a bi-fold closet door that wouldn't operate properly and a deadbolt lock that needed adjustment.

Communication was great from the start. They kept me informed about their arrival time, showed up when expected, and were friendly and professional throughout the visit. I especially appreciated that they didn't rush the work—they took the time to make sure everything was adjusted correctly instead of settling for a quick fix.

Both the closet door and the deadbolt now work perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Vertex Solutions again for future work.

We needed our screen doors replaced and Valeri did a great job, but was quite late (coming from another job), and ran out of material which delayed the job even further as he had to go out to get more. All in all good work, but would have loved for better punctuality and preparedness.
