1 on 1 personal training 60 minutes - $100 (discount with package) 2 on 1 personal training 60 minutes $130 (discount with package) Virtual Session 60 minutes - $80
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First session I would like to assess movement patterns like the squat, hinge, overhead mobility, gait. These will help me see which movements we can begin to work on immediately and which areas we need improvement on (mobility, stability). This should be 20-30 minutes, so we usually still train some simple movements on day 1 and we take it from there!

I have a bachelor’s in Nutrition, Exercise and Wellness from CSU East Bay I am also a Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC) Strongfirst Lifts Certified (SFL) Precision Nutrition Level 1
