Arthur Elkwood

Hi I'm Arthur Elkwood. I've been making music since I built my first guitar at age 6. So well over 35 years. I teach rock/metal guitar as well as recording/production. My students will usually have a song up on Spotify within 2 months of starting out. I'm all about making it fun so the student wants to play. There are a lot of better teachers than me out there but I doubt if any of them are going to be more fun and encouraging than me. I have tons of guitars available for rent if you don't have one yet. I teach at my home studio in Mentone but can come to you for an extra fee. Group lessons are available if more than one family member or friend want to take lessons too. My music has millions of online streams and my students are all well on their way to doing the same thing. It is my goal to teach you the basics as fast as possible so we can get to the fun stuff like jamming, improvising, songwriting, gigging and signing autographs.
