FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule to chat, based on your schedule, within the first few days from initial contact. You can visit us or we can come to you but typically, consultations take place at Starbucks over coffee (because I'm a coffee addict, ha!). This meeting is so important to determine if we are right for each other. Once we have you on the calendar, we'll begin planning your engagement session and/or bridal session dates and locations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a photographer for 8 years and during that time have completed New York Institute of Photography's certificate program and also started Art Institute working towards a Bachelor's in Fine Arts. I've also participated in several workshops and online training courses that are specifically for weddings.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
By accident, actually! For years I said no to weddings and focused solely on families and children. In June of 2015, a photographer friend of mine needed a second shooter so I volunteered. At that moment I fell in love with weddings and knew exactly what I wanted to do for the rest of my career.
