Trevor at SHH was extremely helpful. I am man who works at home and this is basically my place of business. I could no longer weld or do anything because the power in my breaker kept kicking and messing up. It was at the point if almost a fire. Thank God for his help in sending me Smith's Hybrid Handyman service because He was able to trouble shoot my problems and then not try and nickle and dime me for everything on this job. My job was pretty complicated and for a more than fair price He was able to have my issues solved. If your looking for someone who isnt going to rob you and is there to see your jobs get done completely and done right go to this business. He even came back out drove an hour without charge and came to ensure that my electrical was still working properly. This is something you usually dont experience often from even businesses that have been around for years which is almost unheard of in today's world of professionalism. I would recommend this business to anybody.

Trevor went above and beyond to resolve our problem. We had a slight problem the following day, which was on an extremly hot Saturday, and he arrived at our home and took care of it. We are seniors and we highly recommend him.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do charge $40 for an estimates requiring me to travel to customer or project site. On the other hand if customer decides to hire to do the repair or service, this fee is waived and customer price we agree upon before the start of the project/repair. Depending on location of job I may at my discretion waive the estimate fee if it is lucrative for me to do so.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I need to be sure what I can offer is what the customer wants. I want the customer to know that once I am paid that I will still be there backing up my work with warranty and quality. Also when doing work for a new client I want to build a long term relationship for the future. I don't plan on making a buck and sacrificing quality for quantity just to never see that customer again.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Union Journeyman Laborer in underground, Concrete, with experience of Many other Trades outside of the Union Including Roofing, composition, tile, hot mop, dry rot repair.
