Suzy was quick to respond and a great communicator. After I contacted Suzy, she gave me a ballpark estimate through text then set up a time for an onsite estimate very quickly. She was very friendly, kind, and flexible. We decided to go with Suzy because of her friendly demeanor, which made me feel more comfortable with having someone new coming over and because we have two dogs and Suzy and her son were willing to work with us on having the dogs around while they cleaned. She gave me different options between deep cleaning, biweekly, and weekly services. We decided to go start with a deep clean and move forward with weekly services. She has been so understanding with certain requests I've made and checks in to make sure we are happy. These weekly services will definitely ease a lot of stress for me as a busy working mom of two.
