- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is customized based on guest count, event length, travel distance, and service style. I believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees. A deposit is required to secure the booking, and I’m always happy to discuss package options that best fit the customer’s event and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually begin with a conversation about the customer’s event vision, guest count, theme, and drink preferences. From there, I help create a customized service plan and cocktail menu. Before the event, I stay in communication to make sure every detail is organized. On event day, I arrive early for setup and focus on creating a smooth, enjoyable, and professional experience for everyone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a college education background and nearly 10 years of hands-on bartending and hospitality experience. I’ve worked in high-volume and customer-focused environments, which taught me professionalism, attention to detail, responsible alcohol service, and how to provide excellent guest experiences under pressure.
