Through mindset coaching my clients learn tools and techniques that allow them to achieve their goals and feel empowered to create lasting changes. Areas of focus include: Career Reboot - You’ve been working for 10 or more years and wondering if there’s a way to find more satisfaction from your career. Maybe you’ve had your eye on a promotion and it’s not coming as fast as you’d like. Maybe you want to start your own business.. Or turn a hobby into your career. I’ve helped many people find the joy in their work, I would love to support you in that journey. Building Confidence/Presence - You know there’s more to life than feeling self-conscious and fearful of social interactions and presentations. There’s a powerful voice inside you and we’ll find it together. This coaching focuses on your mindset around the stories you tell yourself and how to activate allies to counteract the Critic/Saboteur voices that cause many to live smaller lives than they need or want to. Habit-Builder Bootcamp - We’ll meet weekly to walk through a proven framework that helps you Identify the new habits that will serve you best, then use practical techniques to build those habit muscles until they are serving you fully. This can be done either 1:1 or in a group setting, depending on preference and availability.
