Had All-Pro install a new heat pump and also relocate the outdoor unit so everything would pass inspection. Not the easiest setup, but they knew exactly what needed to be done and handled it the right way. Permits, inspections, and install were all smooth. Solid workmanship and no shortcuts. Very happy with the result.

We had two HVAC systems replaced with Carrier heat pumps by All-Pro Heat Pump Solutions at our home in San Mateo and the whole experience was excellent. Rafael and Robert were such a pleasure to work with super professional, easy to communicate with, and always made sure everything was done right. I actually waited to write this review because I wanted to see if the promised rebates would really come through, and they absolutely did. They made the entire process simple and stress-free, handled all the details, and followed through on every promise. Its so rare to find contractors you can truly trust, but these guys are exactly that. We had All-Pro replace our furnace and A/C with a heat pump and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. We were lucky to get everything done before the end of the year and still receive the rebates. They handled the permits and rebate paperwork, showed up when they said they would, and did clean, professional work.
