We believe customers should understand the problem, the options, and the tradeoffs before work proceeds. Our goal is not to pressure anyone into unnecessary work. We provide professional guidance and transparent recommendations so customers can make informed decisions with confidence.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with understanding the issue or project scope and making sure the work is a fit for the customer’s needs and code requirements. From there, we evaluate the problem or installation, explain the findings in plain English, walk through options and tradeoffs, and only proceed once the customer is clear and comfortable. Our goal is a professional experience from first contact through completion, with strong communication, code-compliant work, and no-pressure recommendations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ARC Electric performs work under a California C-10 Electrical Contractor license, and our team emphasizes hands-on field experience across residential and light-commercial electrical systems. Internally, the company’s standards are built around safety practices, premium customer experience, and code compliance, with field-based onboarding and development tied to those expectations.
