It took 6-7 months to get the work done. They claim it was PGE that was the problem but PGE did show up on one occasion and ARC Electric didn't. There seemed to be many reasons for not starting/completing the job. ARC emailed us an invoice yet we had not heard from them that the job was complete.They didn't clean up the mess they made, the tech left the job site without notifying us and left us with no power even though ARC said the job shouldn't take longer than one day. It took a few days to get the power fully restored. Someone from another company had to come out and get some of the power restored. We had to ask a couple of times for a copy of the permits that were obtained from the city by ARC.I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
