FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent, competitive, and tailored to the specific service you need. I offer flat-rate packages for most document preparation services and notarizations, so there are no surprise fees. Rush services, mobile appointments, and after-hours availability are also offered for an additional fee. I believe in providing value through accuracy, reliability, and personalized attention—so you always know exactly what you’re paying for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact: Discuss their needs and gather basic information. This includes the type of service they need (apostille, translation, notarization, etc.), and any relevant details about the documents involved. Consultation: Provide a brief overview of how your services work, including timelines, fees, and any required documentation. Clarify any questions they might have. Documentation Review: Ask the customer to provide the documents they need assistance with. This might involve reviewing the documents to ensure they meet the necessary requirements for the service requested. Quote and Agreement: Provide a quote based on the services required. If the customer agrees, send a service agreement outlining the terms, fees, and process. Payment: Arrange for payment based on your fee schedule. Confirm receipt of payment and provide a receipt. Service Execution: Perform the service (e.g., apostille, notarization, translation) as agreed. Ensure accuracy and compliance with all necessary regulations. Follow-Up: Once the service is completed, provide the final documents to the customer. Check in to ensure they’re satisfied with the service and address any additional needs or questions. Feedback: Request feedback to improve your services and build customer relationships.
