George, the owner of Effective Plumbing, was honest and transparent about the cost of parts and his labor upfront, which I appreciated. Our shower leak turned out to be more complicated than anticipated, but he was able to troubleshoot and fixed it. We also asked him to take a look at a toilet leak at the last minute, not expecting him to fix it right away since we had not included it in the initial request. He took the time to look at it and drove all over town to get the correct part to make sure that it was fixed. His rates are reasonable and fair. We will call him next time we have a plumbing issue. Thank you George!
