As a contractor I have known and used Pete to design and prepare blueprints for me for years. I have also worked on some of the projects that he has drawn for others and have been amazed at some of the solutions he has come up with. He is easy to work with and knows construction techniques and methods. Pete's ideas are creative and he understands how to be cost effective. I highly recommend Pete to builders or homeowners.

I am not from the San Diego area and I needed an architect/designer/draftsman so I could do a complete remodel of an existing 1970's high rise condo unit. Pete was a pleasure to deal with and the project (at least planning and permitting) is done. I am now under construction and Pete is happy and prompt to answer my calls when I have or the general contractor has a question or need. I am from a construction materials background and I am currently a consultant in the stucco industry. Pete has a very good understanding of buildings and construction. During the process of design, we were able to locate the original plans. There aren't many people that can unroll a large set of plans and what they are looking at nor where to find details. I am a Certified Construction Document Technologist in the Construction Specification Institute and I am one of those people too. Needless to say it got us off to a great start. Pete was able to get the plans through the City of San Diego Building Department in ONE DAY over the counter. Pete is accurate, prompt and a gem. You would be crazy not to hire him. Pete has far exceeded my expectations! I come from a construction family and have very high standards. I have discovered that most people in the construction industry are not very responsive. Pete has always had our best interest at heart which is rare to find! He is easy to work with, an extremely hard worker, with great suggestions. He is easy to communicate with and will give you a straight answer every time. He also referred us to some new vendors where I was able to secure some great material pricing. Who You Work With Matters!!! I have already referred him to a friend and plan to give him many more clients. He will be my first call on ALL my future projects. He is worth every penny! He will be a lifelong friend of my families and can't wait to have him over for dinner when our new home is complete:)

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you are comfortable with your provider. Remember, when you first meet a provider they are on their best behavior. If you have any qualms about them, you should ask and make sure you are comfortable with the answers. If the "Honeymoon" period leaves you uncomfortable, just think how you will feel once you sign a contract.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish customers realized how invested I become in their projects. Besides the actual time spent on site, my mind is on their projects constantly.
