- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates start at $1,600 for day of coordination and $6,500 for full service event planning. I will offer a 20% discount for charity events please inquire for more details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an initial phone meeting I will send you an agenda for your event and a mood board (if design is needed). If selected for your event, the planning will begin as soon as the contract is signed and 30% deposit received. For day of coordination, the work will typically begin 6 weeks before your event.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started by serving and bartending events which led to working as a stand in coordinator when the events did not have a coordinator. Moving forward, I started working for a few event companies as an assistant coordinator which just fueled my passion for events further!
