I had a leaky faucet on the outside of my house I used for a sprinkler. I had another pro that came by and told me I had to change the pipes bla bla bla, a nice budget of over $500. Austin, from STAT identified the problem and told us we just had to repair a faulty rubber ring that needed to be replaced. Worked like a charm. STAT contacted me immediately and where able to come by the same day. Excellent service

We had a water leak using as much as 1500 gallons a day! After failing to find the problem ourselves and having to turn off the main water valve we went to Thumbtack for referrals. We selected Chris for his great reviews, and they were right - he was great! He responded immediately from our inquiry on Thumbtack, came over first thing the next morning. He immediately identified our problem - the toilets were running water like crazy. We were just glad it wasn't a leaking pipe under our foundation. Chris gave us a reasonable quote and replaced the innards of all 3 toilets in the house, turned on the water and verified that the problem was solved. He even told me that he will provide a report so we can get a credit from Austin Water. We'll definitely call STAT for all our plumbing needs!!

My pricing is very competitive. I am not the cheapest. In the construction world, you get exactly what you pay for. Something that customers need to realize, is that they arent paying for the time it takes us to complete the task, but for the time and learned knowledge it took us to perfect our trade.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understanding exactly what they need done and completing the task as painless as possible.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started back in 2012 as just a jobsite helper then swiftly picked up the trade and only excelled since then, which included managing multiple companies.
