Mitgo travelled 75 miles to come and check out a possible water line leakage in our front yard. He was able to identify the source of water, turned out there’s no breakage on the pipe but just a water back up from the city’s irrigation system. Gave some advice on what to do. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He did not even charge me for the diagnostic. If I needed plumbing service, I will call him back. Definitely a good and honest man, you won’t regret hiring him.

Wow all I can say is wow. We submitted an inquiry for a toilet repair after dealing with a constantly running toilet and a failed DIY attempt involving a severely corroded toilet bolt due to the age of the unit. He called within 30 minutes and stopped by shortly after. He was quick knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. He even discounted part of the price since we had already purchased the necessary repair items including a universal toilet repair kit. I also appreciated that he explained the pricing upfront before starting any work. Overall he was professional gracious and incredibly helpful.
