Bailie was a last minute replacement for my wedding when another bartender I had hired off of this site flaked DAY of. Not only did she get back to me in less than 15 minutes but she was at my venue, prepared, and professional with only 6 hours notice. Her drinks are BEAUTIFUL as well as delicious. Our signature cocktails we had designed were a spicy skinny margarita and peach Moscow mule. The amount of people I had asking for the details of her peach cocktail by the end of the night was amazing. We were on a tight budget so we only hired one bartender for 275 people! Not only did Bailie get through everyone in a timely fashion, she never lacked in quality.
We picked Strawberry Basil for the fruit in the water and I’m genuinely glad we went with that decision as it was delicious! Bailie is thorough and kind! I highly recommend her to any and everyone looking for a budget friendly option for a respectable bartender! Even last minute she was a better value than the guy who flaked on me! I will be hiring Bailie for all future events!
