It's difficult to say as every event is different. It depends on the travel, menu and number of guests.

I like to meet the customer at the venue or our facility to give them an opportunity to taste what we can do.

We have been in the culinary industry for over 30 years and own a successful restaurant in Modesto for 17 years.
