- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Before any work begins, we walk you through your options and pricing so you can make the best decision for your home and budget. We do have a standard diagnostic fee to properly assess your system, which is applied toward the repair if you move forward. From there, you’ll receive clear, flat-rate pricing—not hourly guesswork. We also offer seasonal promotions, maintenance specials, and flexible financing options (including 0% financing for qualified customers on new systems).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep the process simple, clear, and stress-free from start to finish. It starts with a quick call or message where we learn about your needs and get you scheduled. You’ll receive a confirmation and a heads-up when your technician is on the way. When we arrive, we take the time to properly evaluate your system and explain what’s going on. From there, we present upfront pricing and walk you through your options so you can choose what’s best for your home and budget. Once you approve the work, we complete the job with attention to detail and respect for your home. Afterward, we make sure everything is working properly, answer any questions, and leave the space as clean as we found it. Our goal is to make the entire experience smooth, transparent, and built around your comfort!
