Shawn was very polite and respectful of my home and Family. He didn’t try to upsale me on amything. He found the issue right away. I didn’t have to unload my savings for the repair. BTW he was the third different company to come to my home. The two others before him wanted to replace my system. Shawn said that my A/C had ample life to go. His honesty won us over. He will be our first choice next time.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer up front pricing with no surprises! When I say an amount that amount WILL NOT change. I have a book that I go by so it’s all above board. No pulling #’s out of the air. We stand by our word 100%.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Calling ahead and introduce myself . When I get there knock on the door, step back 7 steps with my card in hand. I identify myself with my insurance and background check in hand.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve proctored the U.S. EPA Refrigerant card now for 16 years. This means I train and have classes to prepare others to obtain there Universal 608 Certification. This is a Government Program that is required of technicians to pass before they can handle “FREON” . I obtained HONOR ROLL in my trade school that I went to back in 1993 .This trade is just easy for me . I love it.. I taught at the same trade school I went to years after I graduated.
