- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer up front pricing with no surprises! When I say an amount that amount WILL NOT change. I have a book that I go by so it’s all above board. No pulling #’s out of the air. We stand by our word 100%.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Calling ahead and introduce myself . When I get there knock on the door, step back 7 steps with my card in hand. I identify myself with my insurance and background check in hand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve proctored the U.S. EPA Refrigerant card now for 16 years. This means I train and have classes to prepare others to obtain there Universal 608 Certification. This is a Government Program that is required of technicians to pass before they can handle “FREON” . I obtained HONOR ROLL in my trade school that I went to back in 1993 .This trade is just easy for me . I love it.. I taught at the same trade school I went to years after I graduated.
