So he originally advertised free quotes, he never gave me a quote and never got my permission to do any work and did it anyway and then charged me 150 dollars for something i DIDNT approve! He now has my laptop because I refuse to pay for something i didn't want!!

Hi Tricia. I am sorry but we never do any work without seeking the approval of our customer, first. After the diagnostics are carried out, we give the customer options and she or he, then, chooses.
