What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We now feature a complete automated booking system that can literally book a client with out us being in the office. Once they are booked. The system will keep them updated all the way to show date. with-out the service personnel involved. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Great Care is taken with new clients. Starting with a brief questionnaire establishing what type of event their interested In, Introduction of the Pre-event form that is completed by Client while making ourselves available for instant chat to assist in completion. Once the event is complete the customer is emailed a quick request for Instant review.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our DJ's all have been or still are active in Radio and Production commitments as well a very intensive Infrastructure Including reports to Record Labels. PR personnel & Booking departs long time members of THE PRO's Professional Programmer's Association.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My self I stated at 17 years old. I just turned 52. It went from House parties to clubs to radio (still doing clubs and weddings) Then to city Festivals to State & County fair operations even ultimately as a certified union Stage-hand. And now. Have added Home Theater Installation to our services.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Have worked with all genders playing every music genre out there. Even back in the day hauling crates and crates of Record albums around to every show. From Sweet-sixteens to Midnight Gangster Parties, Weddings, Poetry readings, Comedy slams, Fashion shows, Retirement parties, to Easter-egg hunts to Halloween parties 37 years active booking. Have met them all. and look forward to meeting more.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I am Currently back on radio after taking a 3 year break. Not just Radio but Digital Radio... touching 3 countries (working on the 4) including the states and all from our studio. this because of new technology. We are now able to broadcast a secured signal anywhere at anytime. (with wifi). A Incredible Project.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
As soon as you have your date set... We recommend strongly that you book your Venue & Your dj right then . waiting to the last minute or even under a mouth out is lower chance of them getting the dj they want.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
It's "The Music" that set's people in Motion .... One of the things that set our DJ's aside from others is our ability to "Read the Crowd".As members of the programmers association for over 32 years "We were there" when today's classics were played for the first time, Became "Hit's" and Continued there impact on today's Crowd please rs...
