We had a sliding glass door that was very hard to open and kept coming off the track. I called prostar doors for an estimate. Ray gave me a quick estimate and told me he had to order parts. He kept me informed of the status of the parts. Once they arrived, he was able to fix our door so it closes like a new door. Ray was friendly and efficient and I would recommend the service to others with door issues.

If I could give this company and Ray (who came out to repair our French doors) a million stars it wouldnt be enough, so I will have to settle for giving them 5 stars..We thought we were going to have to replace the door and it was going to be around $10,000 for the same quality doors. We hesitated to have them come out because there was a trip charge, but decided we would make one last ditch effort to try to repair our doors. Ray knew exactly what to do! He worked on it for about an hour and now it works perfectly!! Pro Star Doors saved us so much money, and we will be forever grateful that we found them! If you ever need to repair your doors, please do yourself a favor and call them first!!
