- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is flexible, I have a baseline price sheet of what is most common when it comes to expenses. I offer discounts for all first responders, nurses, teachers, and cancer survivors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my customers first to make sure we are a good fit. I listen to their expectations of a photographer and if I feel like I cannot meet those expectations or if my style is not compatible I try to get them in contact with someone who does. I like to meet in person or on video chat so I can hear about the event and discuss the process and service contract. It helps to get to know the customer so they can feel comfortable with you before you spend time photographing them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am mostly self taught when it comes to photography, I have taken some college level courses in editing and graphic design as well which helped me hone my editing skills.
