The extermination process is ongoing and somewhat complex. But Mr. Houzz is knowledgeable about pest control. He inspected the attic thoroughly, found evidence of bats and rodents. He accomplished exclusion and will continue checking on the house in follow up visits to ensure the "pests" don't return. I appreciate the follow-up plan, and am confident that he will get rid of the pests for good.

Mark is very kind. He came and made sure to check the surrounding areas of my house to try and trace where the bees were coming from. I found a few inside my house and have no idea how they got in. While the issue has not been resolved yet, Mark has committed to come back with the tools that he will need and make sure it's taken care of.
