- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process when working with a new customer would be to ask for their expectations and explain mine to them as far as length of the job and what is to be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up around people in trades. I went to welding school for 2 years and have always been a tinkerer. I was a maintenance mechanic for 4 years and have also worked construction jobs.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Some questions customers should think through before talking to professionals are pretty basic. “Can I do this job safely myself?” Would be a good one. “What is my budget?” is always a good one. And “ how long am I willing to have work done in my home or business.” Some jobs take multiple days and sometimes people done want a professional at their home or business longer than a day or two.
