Fresh Start Cleaning was AWESOME in their “move-out” cleaning of our rental. Ana was professional, thorough, and sent photos during the day as the rooms were cleaned. I would highly recommend them.

They were very communicative had a fairly flexible schedule and they were quick.. i asked them a bunch of questions beforehand and they answered them all. The other great thing is I had dogs I needed to get out of the house while they were here and they showed up and left exactly when they said they would. I did a deep clean because my house was very dusty and needed a thorough cleaning and they cleaned top to bottom!

The two ladies, Ana and Tatiana, were punctual, cheerful, respectful. They were hard workers who took only one break all day for a short lunch. They worked almost 9 hours to give my 3354 square foot house a deep cleaning. They used eco-friendly cleaning products. Much appreciated since I have a septic system. I was amazed that they could remove the calcium buildup in my new toilets—evidently I have hard water—and around the sink drains. They all look like new. And the grates in the oven sparkle also. I am new to this house—moved in two weeks ago—and the ladies truly made it feel like a new house.
I plan to have them back on a more regular basis.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices varies according to their needs and the type of house/appt/commercial. I do my best to provide great and affordable prices to every costumer, and to my regular clientele they receive anything from 5-15% discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process, if times permits, is as follows:
First, I will give an estimate according to the request.
Secondly, I will request to view the job if time permits. The reason I do this is to finally give my final estimate, as some houses requires more detail and attention than others.
Lastly, will set up the date and time and the job will be booked and finish in a timely manner.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Cleaning it’s a learning process! What works in one house might not work in other houses! I make sure to TEST any new products before using it in your own house. We only use the best products in the market.
