I believe I stand out because, I don't leave until the job is completed thoroughly, and correctly. It needs to meet my satisfaction, but also the clients satisfaction. Although, that doesn't mean I charge more. I try to always keep to my original estimate. Communication and trust is also a big thing for me. Communication is the key to a great working relationship with my client. It's a privilege to be allowed to enter into a clients home. To be given that trust, and it's imp. for me not abuse it, or take advantage of it. The trust given to me I take seriously, and appreciate when it is given to me. I love that I can make people happy. Their so happy when they can come home to a clean house, or office and they don't have to worry about one more thing in their busy lives.

She did a really good job on bathrooms and laudry room. Stuff i havent been able to clean Real Good. She listened and did all the heavy cleaning. Going to recomend her to my sister.

I contacted Sweep You Off Your Feet Cleaning and they were able to schedule a "deep cleaning" right away. Naomi and her husband arrived on time, we did a walk through and they got to work right away. I occasionally checked in and was very impressed with the cleaning process. They cleaned everything from all of the knick knacks and decor around the house, to the window groves. Their attention to detail was very impressive. They spent most of the day cleaning every inch from top to bottom of the house and left it immaculate. Thank you!

I needed house cleaning 2x a month, The 1st person I called, who claimed to have 10 years experience, never showed up on the designated day and then continued to send me weird texts. I am happy she didn't because Naomi far exceeded all of my cleaning expectations. She is efficent and fast and seems to be a really nice and trustworthy person. I am so happy - Thank you!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm not sure there's any continuing education for house cleaning lol but what I do is keep up with newer, and more efficient products. I go to the nearest Janitorial Store that always has the newest and best working products and solutions out there. The Janitorial store is also where I get to ask some of the top Janitorial cleaning Professionals their cleaning secrets.:-)
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My parents ever since I can remember has always owned, and ran their own Commercial Janitorial business. I was raised around cleaning, and often unwillingly helped. Lol What kids want to clean on their weekends off from school? Lol Anyways, After I got laid off from my 6 yr. job I decided I was going to start my own business just like my parents but instead of only commercial Janitorial I was going specialize in house cleaning. Anything that comes my way that has to do with cleaning I was going to take on!
