This was my second time hiring Bingo Junk Removal, and I will be hiring them again in the near future. Michael and his team were quick to respond, punctual at the designated meeting time, and quoted me a fair price. Michael also went out of his way to help my dad, which was very kind. Michael texted me asking if I wanted a new time slot that just opened. I replied that I do not have freedom of schedule, and I had already planned my day specifically for them to come at the previously agreed time. I guess my reply was too straight forward for him, because he blew up on me out of nowhere saying how I should find someone else and I should stop disrespecting people. He called me an asshole. Told me to grow up in so many words. Said he would go to jail if I met him in person cuz of the way I talked to him. I was so taken aback and confused, I re-read the texts I sent and could not find any reason for him to interpret what I said in any malicious way. Not saying you shouldn’t hire this guy, however, you may not want to communicate with him via text, cuz who knows what you might say to set him off
