Big Island Movers was contracted to handle our appliances delivery through Home Depot. We ran into some complications that the guys had nothing to so with, but rather on our end because of delays on construction. The guys we super helpful with working out a solution to ensure we could take delivery today and not send our appliances back. Tony and his partner (didn't catch his name) were so sweet and kind. What could have been a very stressful situation they handled like pros and I'm extremely thankful to them!

The company was very communicative. They sent a text confirming the date and time the day prior to arrival. The day of arrival they sent another text advising that they were 30 minutes away.The crew consisted of 4 persons. Each was very polite and professional. They completed the move on time and were careful not to damage anything.I highly recommend this company for your moving needs.

Big Island Movers were very efficient and worked at a good pace. They wrapped everything that was breakable. I can attest to the amount of paper they used as am still unwrapping items and have filled my recycle bin twice. They were friendly and courteous
