I was in a Lyft on my daily commute and was badly hurt. My family kept pushing me to find a lawyer but I didnt know where to turn. I found Compass online and they were wonderful. They listened to me when I explained my situation and one of their first questions was about my health. The first car accident (and hopefully the last) I had ever been in was in August of last year. I had no idea where to go or what to do. I had never been in a situation like this before. We offer a no fee unless we win guarantee! This means we only take on cases that we are confident we can win. We also advance the expenses of the case so you don't need to worry. Only after we settle your case we take 33.3% of the settlement amount prior to litigation. We will get you the best medical care with no initial out of pocket expenses when possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are adamant about providing our clients the best customer service especially in their time of need and hardship. We can initially come to you or you can come to us at your convenience and we will walk you through every step of the process while fighting the insurance companies to get you maximum compensation.
