- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My basic pricing is $40.00 for Federal, and $30.00 for State tax preparation, plus $5.00 per required tax forms. This generally costs between $125.00 to $500.00 for Individual tax returns, dependent upon complexity of the return. C, S Corps, and LLC's basic fees are the same, but cost begin at $500.00 and varies with complexity, as to the maximum.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will initially meet prospective clients at their business or residence, if within a 25-miles radius. However, if they are outside of this radius, I will communicate initially via telephone, or e-mail. All subsequent transmittal of personal information will be communicated via a security portal for privacy protection.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of the CPA Academy and participate in approximately 80-hours per year in continuous education training. I also attend webinars with the Internal Revenue Service, and take the required 20-hours of continued education and testing via Pronto Tax School. This enables me to meet the annual requirements of the California Tax Education Council, and the Federal Annual Filing System Program. I am also Crypto Tax Certified via Pronto Tax School.
