First meet discuss project needs and give customer a brief explanation of what i do and how i do work give quote make agreement and schedule in for start of job
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have Tile training and many other trainings for home remodeling such as flooring demo sub floor repair waterproofing which is a big priority etc
