Floor Installation or Replacement

ParagonCA (Tony and his crew) did an amazing job installing my quick lock porcelain tile by connexion. They were punctual, friendly and very trust worthy. As a single woman I felt comfortable and Tony was honest and upfront regarding the process. Tony also installed new baseboards and made the rounded corners for my baseboards. I will definitely hire ParagonCA again to remodel my bathroom and install more flooring.

Tile Installation and Replacement

We hired ParagonCA to come out and do our master bathroom. Before choosing them, we met with and received quotes from a number of companies, but once we met Tony, we knew this was the right person that we could trust to do the job. This mentality persisted throughout the entire project as his team was profession, prompt and did great work. They weren't the cheapest option we found, but they were comparable and for us, we cared about the quality of our project as we had a number of things that we wanted. As you can see from the image below, everything came out great! We love our new bathroom, thanks Tony and team!

Tony with ParagonCA was nothing but prompt and professional. His team did a magnificent job on our bathroom. The floors turned out better than I ever thought. He managed to squeeze us in and get all the work done quickly and beautifully. Would highly recommend.

Tony and his team did a very nice job on our backsplash tile install. He was very responsive and showed great care and interest to ensure we would be very pleased with the product and the installation process. Beginning with his 1st visit he demonstrated a high level of professionalism and did so on every visit, bringing samples multiple times, answering many questions, showing pictures, discussing how the job would progress, etc. They also took great care to protect the floors, counters, etc. And cleaned up well!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My prices are fair and competitive with other professionals who offer the same level of professionalism and expertise.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    When a customer contacts me I make it a top priority to respond as soon as possible. I introduce myself and offer my earliest available appointment to meet them in person so I can assess the project and answer questions. Once a an appointment is set, customer and I go over the project. If there is a set budget in place the customer typically lets me know and we work around that budget. If there is no budget in place, we put a quote together based on what the customer expects, the materials that may be required and and amount of labor it might entail. Once the customer is satisfied with everything a budget covers or with a quote, we sign a contract and talk about scheduling. Once on schedule we discuss the process of work and alternatives depending on each project. We make it a top priority to make sure our customers are happy and comfortable during the process of construction.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I’ve been in the construction industry since my teenager years. I’ve worked hand in hand with many outstanding contractors and journey men which helped me obtain many years of field experience. I also attended contractor school, and many seminars through the years, taking and passing the state licensing requirements to becoming a contractor. Furthermore I have attended and completed all college level courses necessary and required to becoming a real estate agent.
