I teach a variety of yoga styles ranging from vinyasa, yin, meditation, stretching, and therapeutic. I enjoy building connections while helping others establish a deeper level of breath and body awareness and self love. I give strong attention to detail and alignment to ensure quality and safety of practice. I encourage people to step out of their comfort zones and explore new possibilities. I am very passionate about sharing my love for yoga and continue to grow as a student.
