We work honestly, we do not increase the price for the work that was agreed upon in the process, we perform the work within the agreed budget.
Discounts are available if we have an impressive volume.
We also provide significant discounts for veterans and people with limited income.
We live in Monrovia and we make these discounts for residents of our city and the neighboring city of Arcadia. For veterans, regardless of the territory
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Basically, we start communicating with the customer on the Trambtak platform, then we switch to text messaging on the phone, we agree on a meeting on a specific day convenient for both parties I make an estimate, if the object is large, I send the estimate by email or in the form of a message, as is convenient for everyone, and wait for a response from the customer. If everything is fine, we agree on the start of the work and the end, if necessary, we will purchase and deliver the materials that were agreed upon to the site and start working. If the tasks are not large, we agree on the execution of the work and the price on the spot, and if we are free at that moment, we immediately start working.
