- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are a great value for the extensive teaching experience I bring to my tutoring, and if materials are needed those are included as well. I offer discounted pricing for multiple sessions per week and for siblings. Group pricing is available for small groups involving several students in one session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will speak with the new customer over the phone first to answer questions and learn about the customer's child's goals, challenges, concerns, and any background information necessary. I am happy to consult with the customer at no charge prior to a scheduled session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have held a certified State of California teaching credential since 2005. I received my education training at California State University, Los Angeles from 2001-2004, and honed my teaching craft by teaching in the classroom for the next 17 years.
