Called Oscar for an electrical issue that I had with an outlet. Oscar was very professional and communicated the issues I had and showed me the problem. I have additional work that needs to be completed and will schedule another visit for additional work to be done adding an outdoor plug and repairing a fuse.

Our service-call and troubleshooting rate is $125 per hour, with a $125 minimum. Project quotations depend on the scope, materials, access, and existing electrical conditions. We explain pricing before work begins. Permit fees, utility coordination, and wall repairs are included only when stated in the quotation. Changes to the agreed scope are reviewed and approved before additional work starts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start by sending your location, a description of the work, and photos of the panel or affected area. We review the details and arrange a site visit when needed. We explain the proposed work, provide a quotation, and coordinate scheduling once the scope is approved. For panel upgrades and EV chargers, we review electrical capacity and any permit or utility requirements that apply to the project.
