Very polite and helpful.Took pictures of work and told me to submit it to my landlord. Did another job while he was here without any knowledge of it needing to be done. Definitely will call Thai for any other maintenance needs.

He is very good at getting job done installed my dishwasher with ease and installed my microwave which was a bit more work since it had to be placed higher than previous one. Thanks will definitely call him again for any task first

He came out on Memorial day, the same day I called, and stopped a bad leak in my automatic sprinkler system. He rescued us. I was having to turn the water off to the house because the leak was so bad. I would turn it on to use the toilet & wash our hands, then turn it off again. It was wonderful to have the problem solved and go back to 'normal'.
