I hired Scott and his brother to repair, adjust and upgrade our existing hillside irrigation system. Scott was very knowledgeable, explained my issues and potential solutions well, and gave a fair quote.

I can’t begin to express how thankful I am for S&M Sprinkler. Scotty and Richard are A+++. They arrived on time and I reviewed with them our timer came loose from the wall and wires came out and several sprinklers not working for several months. He noticed some issues with various leaks and such and areas where the sprinklers weren’t hitting and made recommendations for repair. I explained to him that I actually could not afford a major repair right now as I was going through a divorce and just needed to get it functional again as best as possible. He said he needed to get some parts and his brother would be back the next day to finish the repair. His brother fixed the repair but it took much longer and was harder than we originally thought. He had to dig up part of the lawn to fix the sprinkler. And then had to adjust them all to make sure they hit the lawn. He spent so much time making sure it worked properly and hit all areas of the lawn and what they charged me for the work was more than reasonable. I’m forever grateful for them as they saved me hours on manually watering the lawn. They even taught me how to do things like the adjustments and wiring so I can fix small things on my own. I highly recommend these guys. Super professional and thorough and honest. Really grateful for them.

I called S&M on Tuesday about a sprinkler head that my neighbor ran over and broke at the base. At first, Scott was planning to come back in a few days because he needed time to gather supplies and the timing wasn’t quite right.
However, due to a cancellation, Scott called me back and said that if I was okay with it, he could come by today and finish fixing the sprinkler. I was really happy to hear that and thankful that he could adjust his schedule to help me out on short notice.
He arrived on time and was very careful and detailed in his work. He explained step-by-step what he was going to do, which I appreciated a lot. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service.
Would I recommend S&M? Absolutely yes!
