S&M Irrigation was excellent! I called them for my bosses irrigation system that was backed up. They called back immediately and were out the same day to help. They never stopped keeping in touch with me and letting me know what was happening and what to expect. I have found my forever garden irrigation people! My experience with Scottie and Richard was consistent with the other posted reviews. ( The negative reviews had to have been for a different company)
Scottie took the time to listen to my many concerns about my previous sprinkler system. He quickly devised a solution, and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand, but not in a way that ever felt like I was being talked down to. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous at all times. He and Richard arrived on time the next morning, and the work was completed more quickly than estimated. Everything works beautifully now, and the system itself looks 100% better than what I had before. There were zero downsides to my experience.

I can’t say enough great things about this company! Scottie was absolutely amazing — so thorough, knowledgeable, and honest.
