Scotty and his brother are a wealth of knowledge regarding sprinkler systems. They are professionals in the true sense of the word. They took the time to walk and evaluate my property. They explained what was wrong with the existing system and how to correct the problems. There approach was straight forward, no
gimmicks, just precise information and a reasonable price to completely replace our nearly 20 year old system. There workmanship is next level, which you can clearly see in their detailed approach to engineering our new system. S&M responded quickly and was able to come out the same day, even though I contacted them kind of late. I don’t know anything about sprinklers but Scott explained everything to me in a way I could understand and broke down the project piece by piece. Then he came with a crew on the weekend to complete the project. I’d gotten a letter from my HOA complaining about my dead grass. Scott showed me the problem and when he did the final walkthrough when he was all done I could tell it was fixed. I will definitely call S&M up again if I have any future issues with my sprinklers.
