I had been talking about getting rid of excess furniture in my home for months when I was driving one day and saw the "Get It All Out" Junk Removal truck driving by my neighborhood. I took a picture of their contact info and send them a message. Steve got back to me within the hour letting me know he was free to stop by same day. I wasn't quite ready to let go of my stuff so I told him I would get back to him in a week or two. I get back to him, we discuss pricing, and he is free to come by the following day at 8AM. He sent me a message prior to stopping by to confirm the appointment. He showed up on time with his helper, Angel. They were so quick! In 30 minutes they loaded up my junk and were on their way. I was beyond impressed. My home has two flights of stairs and carried my furniture from the 3rd floor down to their truck with a smile on their faces. I really appreciate how prompt, clear, and friendly Steve was in communicating throughout the process. I have more projects planned and will definitely book them again!

Steve and his partner were very professional. I was surprised how fast efficient they were getting a lot of large furniture out of my home: couch, bed frame, mattress and everything from my 3rd floor condo. Honest and upfront about pricing and great rates. Cant recommend them enough for jobs like this. Will definitely follow up them with any other similar jobs and recommend you do as well.

I needed a washer and dryer to be removed. I called around to get a decent rate. Steve worked with me with my budget. We worked on a time and date that worked out for our schedule.. He showed up on time, they did the job fast. He even did the clean up. They were amazingly. I would recommend this company to my family and friends.. Very professional too with paperwork .5 stars hands up

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    the way I charge is by volume essentially the amount of space your items take up in my truck and that's how the price will reflect I got a 14 ft truck my single item price is $125.00 for your standard size couch or refrigerator half of my truck is $528.00 and to fill the truck is $850.00. and if items fall in between price will decrease call when you're ready to GET IT ALL OUT.
