- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in transparent pricing. We charge a standard $59 diagnostic fee, which is upfront and non-refundable, but will be credited toward your final bill if you proceed with service. For hardware-related services, we require a 50% down payment to order parts. We also offer bundle discounts for multiple devices and discounted rates for repeat and business clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we start with a brief consultation to understand the issue or project goals. Next, we perform a diagnostic (if applicable) to pinpoint the root cause. Once that’s completed, we provide a detailed quote and timeline. After approval, we begin service and keep the customer updated throughout the process. Once the job is completed, we review everything with the client and ensure their satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have over 10 years of hands-on experience in IT support, electronics repair, and system building. We’re continuously learning to stay up-to-date with the latest tech trends, and we’re trained in data recovery, macOS and Windows environments, network infrastructure, and custom PC hardware.
