- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and based on the scope of work, materials, and level of detail required. We provide detailed estimates so there are no surprises. We don’t give you surprise Change Orders at the end of the job. While we don’t compete to be the cheapest, we focus on delivering long-lasting quality at a fair rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick phone consultation to learn about your project and goals. Then we schedule a site visit to walk the job, take measurements, and answer questions. After that, we provide a clear written estimate. Once approved, we schedule your job, finalize materials, and communicate throughout the project to keep things running smoothly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve worked in construction for over a decade, learning everything from framing to finish work hands-on. I also stay updated on current codes, product training, and installation certifications to ensure our work meets both local requirements and industry best practices.
