- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are basic per foot pricing standards. Most jobs have obstacles that can adjust pricing. Sometimes ease of access and can lower pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a customer has contacted us we like to meet and show pictures of comparable jobs. We evaluate the area for conditions that may or may not work for the picked out products. We then give a written estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a wide range of knowledge that applies to fence needs. I (Darren Hicks) have been installing and selling fence for more than 24 years. I may not have every answer but I have most.
