Dawn L. says, "If I could pick all five above, I would. I bought my place about 6 years ago and needed the deck repair. I went through three-deck repairs and all three ended up ruining my deck and the stability. Now I am forced to repair the patio in fear of my mother falling down the stairs. The first two gentlemen that came out to give me quotes both suggested I tear down the patio and rebuild which would have cost over 15 thousand dollars. Roland was the last contactor I meant with. He was very professional and came in and inspected my patio and never once said I needed a new patio. He suggested repairing the areas that need repairing and changing out the brackets and sand down and paint. His work speaks for itself. We had plumbing issues (toilet leakage) and I thought there was some wood rot because the floor seemed spongy. After contacting GAXL Construction they promptly gave me a quote. They worked within my time schedule which was the day after Thanksgiving. They pulled up the old linoleum and found a much larger issue than I expected. They removed the rotten-wood and replaced it in one day and installed new flooring that I had purchased. I found GAXL Construction and Plumbing to be very reliable. I would hire them again in a minute! I also thought that their pricing was reasonable and fair."See more
