Very UNPROFESSINAL! Jose the guy we spoke to made an appointment with us and then when the day came I texted 2 hours in advance just to confirm and he didn’t even bother to respond! He completely just GHOSTED US after my husband rushed over an hour to get to the appointment on time!! Horrible horrible professionalism, wouldn’t be surprised if it reflected his work as well.
