Jose and his team did a fabulous job on our new front stairs and railing. The insurance company was getting impatient and Jose was able to swing by the property that afternoon and give us an estimate immediately. He was able to start the following week. We are very happy with the quality of the work and the speed with which it was accomplished.

Jose and his crew helped me with a renovation project before I moved into a new house - they worked on the kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a myriad of other things like installing a pocket door and closet doors, insulating the garage and installing a fireplace mantle. They were doing the work last winter when it was raining like crazy. When the old windows throughout the house started leaking, Jose jumped in and helped me come up with a temporary fix to get me through without incurring water damage. Not only did Jose do everything in his power to help me with anything that came up, but he knew that the timeline was important to me (I really needed to move in when planned) and he stuck to it. I got a lot of quotes before I started the project. I feel really lucky that I worked with Jose. He's honest, responsible, professional, and reasonably priced. And every step of the way I knew he cared. It was important to him that the work be high quality and that I was happy with the end result.

Jose is a masterful contractor and his team did an excellent job tearing down and repairing my front steps. He was agreeable to our needs, even when they changed a bit throughout the project. We found Jose at North Pacific Builders to be very good to work with. He essentially rebuilt a flight of Stairs in my building. The previous contractor did such a poor job I had to hire Jose to redo the stairs. North Pacific Builders, headed by Jose, was very professional, rebuilt the stairs as required, met with City inspectors so his work would pass inspection. He was on the job daily until it was done to our satisfaction. Neat & left work site clean. We will use him again. Very professional & easy to work with! And his prices were very reasonable. That’s a plus!
