Victor & Will were awesome for fixing our Samsung dryer! The belt was off of the drum so it wasn't spinning. They came in and immediately knew what they were doing and also recommended additional cleaning on the inside of the dryer and checking the sensors to make sure it was working perfectly. They were even understanding of our dramatic chihuahua lol Thank you Victor & Richard! Will definitely reach back out to them if we have any appliance needs in the future 😊

Easy Home rRpair was able to send someone out to diagnose my appliance problem (Samsung fridge/freezer) within a day, and once they determined the problem, provided an estimate, and ordered the needed part, the final work was scheduled quickly. The work was done successfully, and the repair person was knowledgeable and professional. I would hire them again and recommend their group to others. It turned out to be a very posistive and competitively priced service interaction and repair. My thanks.

I’m glad the company offers a 6-month warranty. They repaired my dryer in April, but the same issue happened again after four months. I contacted them, and they promptly scheduled a technician to provide a temporary fix and informed us they would return to replace a part. After the part was replaced, the dryer is now working well and sounds great.
