- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our first consultation is FREE! Most of the time we out beat our competitors’ price. We work from home therefore incurring low overhead expenses and we can pass on the savings to the clients. We give discounts or even gratis for religious projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always go to the client’s residence or their preferred location for their convenience. Our project manager will go through the process in obtaining the design and eventually a permit. We split the fees into 3 payments that correspond to the work completion phases.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The principal has an Architectural Degree and accreditation from AIA.
