Lou took the assignment on short-notice, and for a New Year's Eve gig, at a reasonable price.
We met before that evening to make sure we both understood the expectations for the event, and he was on top of it. He had all the things I was looking for, i.e., multiple remote mics, karaoke set-up, and a nice library of song selections.
He satisfied all the requests that came from our guest, and he made sure the dance-floor was "busy". He also made sure that when midnight rolled-in, that we were synced with our live tv broadcasts from New York when the clock struck the "midnight hour" and we all welcomed in the New Year.
I had absolutely no complaints, but only good things about Lou. And, even though this is the first time meeting him and using his services, I wouldn't hesitate to use him again, for one of our future events.
I was a little apprehensive, to be honest, in booking Lou, only because he had no reviews listed, but I took a chance on him, and myself, along with my other 120 + guests for our event, never regretted that decision.
Lou was on-time, provided exactly what he promised he would ( including the karaoke), and was totally professional in how he performed his job that night.
Hey, it was New Year's Eve, and that's the one night of the year where you don't want anything to screw up. And nothing did, thanks to DJ Lou, and of course, his lovely assistant, Joy.
Thanks, Lou, for making our event the best we've ever had for a New Year's Eve.....
